About 18 seats in a little shop attached to some kind of big housing complex. Some sort of special housing? The decor is basically kind of simple and childish and no background music. Nice windows, but not really so much to see here. Payment with one of those ticket vending machines. Public Wi-Fi available, but security problems prevent it from working properly, and no charging. Don't know what problems Suginami-ku is having figuring out how Wi-Fi security works. The cake looks delicious, but the mini-cookies I went with were not so impressive. Coffee was also kind of disappointing so overall it's just a weak four stars.

明るいお店 井草地域区民センターの一角にあります。 オフホワイトベースのインテリアや壁で、 窓も大きくとってあり、非常に明るいです。 ゆっくりとティータイムを過ごせます。 通常のカフェとは違い、自販機で食券を購入して 注文するようになっています。 ケーキセットのケーキ・飲み物が数種類から選べ、 ３５０円とリーズナブルです。 パウンドケーキ（ゆず）とホットコーヒーを頂きました。 美味しかったですよ。 このお店は、障害者雇用支援の一環で営まれており、 従業員の大半は障害者の方です。 近所に行った際、立ち寄って...
