This place is a bit expensive (unavoidable given their location in Lumine) but the taste is authentic. The broth is delicious and reminds me of all my favorite restaurants in San Gabriel Valley. Portion sizes might be a bit small for voracious eaters, but it's the perfect size for those with smaller stomachs (aka those used to Japanese portion sizes). The customers are 80-90% women, and quite a few are single diners. Due to the cramped layout, I wouldn't recommend it for groups larger than 4 people.

I've been here several times, both with and without my Vietnamese friends and other foreigners, and have yet to experience any bad customer service, so I have no idea what other people are complaining about there. However, during the lunch rush you may have to wait to even flag down a waiter to give them your order.

I go out of my way sometimes to get lunch here on my way to/from the city, it's that good. Highly recommend if you're craving...

Chicken curry ★★★☆☆ The taste of the curry was good. However, in terms of price and quantity, it’s not so great. I had the beef pho and it was absolutely delicious. Very reasonably priced if you get the set coming with papaya salad, spring rolls, and a really delicious mango dessert. They also had some really tasty and spicy condiments on the table which was great. Many of the other customers and the staff seemed to be Vietnamese which was encouraging.
