Street Chinese restaurant in Wada Teishakuten shopping street. The appearance of the restaurant is awesome (lol). From among three types of service sets Ramen and mini fried rice set.900 yen including tax. The ramen is like old-fashioned Chinese noodles.The amount of noodles is generous. First time dining in here. Ordered the normal ramen (¥600) and it was okay. Looks they’re closed from outside but actually open. Got quite a few of different options to choose from. The restaurant seemed to be really for the regulars and locals but some construction workers were dining in, probably they were working nearby and having lunch there.

とある日。 どうしてもサウナに入りたく、近所から少し遠い東高円寺まで足を伸ばしました。

またそこから徒歩で10分程度歩き、環七付近の住所でいう和田にある銭湯でひと休憩。 整った後にこちらのお店へ向かいました。

外観からしてイイ感じの町中華ですね。 和田帝釈天通りにあり住宅街にある町中華です。

今回注文したのは上記の通りです。

▼サービスセットC(ラーメン+マーボー丼) ラーメンは味薄い。 お湯？白湯？そんなレベルです笑。 ドーミーインの夜鳴きそばの方がマシですね。

その中でもチャーシューはまあまあ。 醤油味の下味でもっと柔らかいと更によかったですね。惜しい。

Cセットはマーボー丼が付いてきます。 甜麺醤推しの味噌感あり。 普通に美味しく悪くないです。

▼餃子 これはイイですね、美味しい。 ニラとニンニク、生姜が効いててご飯がほしくなるタイプ。お酒よりもご飯ですね。 野菜の甘みもあり、味は及第点です。

以上です。 新規開拓イイですね、また素敵なお店と出会いました。 町中華はガンガン開拓していきたいと思います。
