More expensive than your typical kaiten sushi restaurant but the quality reflects it and there's a good variety of sushi to order. There are sushi chefs in the center, so for someone like me who tries to avoid robot-made sushi it's good option. Can get very crowded in evenings, especially the weekends, but if you don't mind counter seats then you can usually get seated...

都営地下鉄西台駅から徒歩圏内の交差点角にあります。 近所にすかいらーくがあります。すかいらーくグループの廻転🍣寿司でした。 私は、それは、知らなかった…。 全く入店した事ありませんでした。 しかし、幕大きく宣伝活動中！かなり… ノドグロと、伊勢海老フェアが売り物のようで…。❤気になります…。 食事メインでは無く、独り二次会の気分で入店しました。 大変広いカウンターですが、⌚20時を過ぎていて、空いていました。案内され… 板前さんの前に着席。 綺麗な店内で、カウンターも清潔。 今日のお勧め黒板や手元の期間限定メニューを確認。 先ずは飲み物…オーダーを聞きに後ろにいる。え〜と…… 白物には、白ワイン🍷。 残念。ありません。珍しい。 気が焦る。仕方ないなぁ。ハイボール。

真っ先に、お勧めのノドグロ。 伊勢海老姿造りを注文…。 さて…。 どんな味か？ 確かに。北陸日本海産の、あの味！ 金沢のノドグロかな。確かな…お味。 今度は、伊勢海老。養殖漁業の世の中。 確かな…プリプリした甘い新鮮な味。 多少の歯ごたえ…。美味い!!!　のだが…。

あれ‼❓気が付きました。 こんなに上半部分の身殻が綺麗に抜けるのかなぁ…。 あれ！伊勢海老の形取った見事なプラスチック製のおもちゃ！でした。 びっくり😲！摘まんでも壊れません。 身だけきちんと並んでおります。 美味しいのですが、綺麗に並んであり、装飾に騙されちゃいましたよ。 良く出来た逸品なんですが…。

▶おもちゃ海老が撤収後、サービスに海老味噌汁が付いて来ます。 今度は、殻に身が付いてあり本物。養殖伊勢海老味噌汁。 味は…。 白味噌に海老風味はしませんでした。 残念…。

お手頃価格で、良かったのですが、ちょっと、気が抜けた伊勢海老姿造りでした。 複雑な気持ちが残った時間でした…
