Gyoza no Ohsho - Nishidai Station — Restaurant in Tokyo

We visited this location twice during our recent vacation. The food was good, the service was fast and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. We're a family of five, which can be a little problematic when it comes to seating, but the staff was very accommodating. If I recall correctly, they had a menu available with an English translation, which was very helpful. I'd have liked to sample more of the menu, but the gyoza and fried rice were so good the first time that I had to order them again on our second visit. The staff seemed very active as this appeared to be a popular location for carry out orders, and it was relatively busy during both of our visits. 星もつけたくないが、接客態度が最悪。持ち帰りの窓口で並んでいるのに別の客が割り込み。店内の客が会計してたから待っていたのに。何も指摘しないまま注文を取り出し会計まで終えた。割り込み客におかしいと言ったが、店員は会計が終わってない！と引き戻しした。自分の番になったときにおかしいと言ったが、年配の店員が見えなかったんですみませんね〜みたいなことを言って、レジ係を庇った。接客態度がおかしすぎる。ちゃんと謝りもしないし、見えない位置にいたとは思えない。窓口のすぐ斜め前にいたのだから。一向にちゃんと謝ろうとしない店員達。腸が煮えくり返った。キャンセルしようにももう出来てるからと、いつの間にか窓口の女性店員が変わっており、その女性店員の態度も最悪。ガン飛ばしてきてありえない。本名出したいくらいだ。お前おかしいぞと言わんばかりに睨まれた。先に対応していた店員と話したいと言っても、人が足りないんで無理と。まともに取り合わないまま商品が出され、男性店員に再度話すも、見えない位置にいたお前が悪いとばかり。店長のようにも思えたが、それがこの店の接客教育です。本当に最悪。気分が悪い。本部に...
