This is a place we come to on a yearly basis when we visit Japan. The place specializes in hormon(organ) meats.

From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home. The service throughout the meal was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

Now, let's talk about the meat – it was absolutely outstanding! The texture was incredibly tender yet slightly chewy, with just the right amount of bite. Every cut was perfectly prepared, offering a melt-in-your-mouth sensation that’s hard to beat. The grilling process on the charcoal burner added another layer of richness to the flavor, infusing the meat with a delightful smoky depth that truly enhanced each bite.

We were 3 adults with 2 children comming to this restaurant. The staff asked the supervisor and they only allowed us to order one and only "course menu" for ¥10.000/person. The real various menu was actually displayed in the front of restaurant with much more lower prices and options. When we asked how about the children, the staff said that the children could order from the regular menu. This was really dissapointing for us. It seems that the restaurant are targeting tourists with higher price and no option for menu. We immediately left.

It will be fair if they put "tourist menu with higher price" in the front of restaurant as well. Oh well, totally NOT...

◾︎牛タン盛り合わせ ･極上タン ･牛タン ･タンシン 通常の牛タンでもプリっとした刺しの多いタンです！ タンシンは初めて食べましたが食感しっかりで濃ゆい味！

◾︎厳選した朝〆の超新鮮ホルモン ･上カシラ ･えんがわ ･せせり 少し硬さがあって矯正中の身には少し辛かったです。 逆に歯ごたえを楽しむことが出来ていいツマミにはなります！

◾︎刺し4種盛り ･ミノ刺し にんにく醤油 ･ガツ刺し 酢醤油 ･コブクロ刺し 生姜醤油 ･センマイ刺し 刺しが4種も出てくるのは嬉しいところ！ 個人的にはミノ刺しが優勝でした！！
