Kenken — Restaurant in Tokyo

One of things I always wanted to have was a homey experience eating at a ramen restaurant, while vibing to the atmosphere. I got both! Very amazing ramens and porridge top along with a wonderful owner who is very kind. Honestly, for my third trip, it was a great experience when the owner and I have conversation although my Japanese is not on par. It gives it a homey experience and the broth is excellent. We stayed in an Airbnb near this restaurant for 3 days and only found this lovely ramen restaurant on the last night. The ramen was so delicious and the lady was super helpful. She explained the menu to us and helped us decide what to order. It was a big bowl of ramen and they serve Sapporo beer too. 2 customers very kindly moved to the bar seats so that we could sit on a table for 4 with our sons. The Japanese people are SO kind! この日は立石で気になってたお店へ。 お店の名前は麺・粥　けんけん。 ラーメンとおかゆが食べられるお店です。

場所は葛飾区立石1というところ。 駅から歩いて２，３分くらいで線路沿いにこちらはありました。

店内は奥に長い形でカウンターとテーブル席で１５，６席かな。 男女3名で営業をされていました。

カウンターに座ってメニューを見るとらーめんやおかゆ、一品があってセットも3種類用意されていました。 今回はCセットけんけん香麺＋中華粥、モツの味噌炒めをチョイスしました。

こちらはモツの味噌炒め。 たっぷりのネギと辛子味噌が添えられています。 やや油分がおおいけど、味付けが濃い目でめっちゃ美味しい。 これはライスと食べたくなる味わいです。 たっぷりのネギと一緒に食べてもまたさっぱり感が加わりますな。

続いてCセット。 こちらのけんけん香麺というのは醤油スープにニンニク油、ニラキムチがのっています。 あっさりかと思いきや結構がっつり系なんですな。 混ぜる前にスープを一口飲むとあっさりとした味わいで 飲んだ後だとこれでラーメンが食べたい感じ。 そこにニンニク油やニラキムチを混ぜていくと 辛さ、ジャンキーさが加わっていきます。 発汗作用も加わって汗ばんできながらずるずると麺をすすりました。 バラチャーシューはほろっと崩れる柔らかさで このラーメンにはあっていたと思います。

こちらは中華粥（小） なにこれ、めちゃくちゃ美味しいじゃないですか♪ ホタテの貝柱の出汁で2時間煮込んだというおかゆは あっさりしながらも出汁感がすごくあります。 普段はお粥って食べないけど、次はこれ単品で食べたいかも。 モツの味噌炒めを食べていても味が負けないくらいしっかりとしててほんとこれ美味しいと思います！
