Read more打ち合わせから打ち合わせの合間に代々木上原の人気の餃子店でランチをいただきました いつも女性の方が行列しているのを見て並ぶのを躊躇していたのですが、 この日は入れそうだったので念願の按田餃子 です 具は国産の鶏と豚をベースに季節ごとの素材を組み合わせており、自家製の皮は殻ごと粉末にした有機ハトムギ配合だそうで、一般の餃子とは形も噛んだ感じも違います ハトムギには美肌効果や血液浄化に効果があるそうです。どうりて女性客が多いわけですね。なお、こちらはミシュランガイドにも掲載されている水餃子店だそうです(この点は知らなかったです) 水餃子定食をお願いしました、外見ではわからないのですがカレー、香草、搾菜、鶏肉とわかれていました ランチにつくライスにも、茶碗の底に豚の八角煮があって、ライスの上には漬物のようなものをおいてあって、混ぜてしまったのですがともかく美味しい、餃子なしで白米だけでがんがんいけました 餃子は味付けが施されていて、それだけでも食べられる美味しいさでした。テーブルに黒酢、辛子を少しつけても食べてみましたが、この黒酢と相性がばっちりで、美味しかったです 冷凍水餃子も買って持ち帰りました。
In between meetings, we stopped for lunch at a popular gyoza restaurant in Yoyogi Uehara! I was always hesitant to wait in line when I saw women waiting in line, but But on this day, I was able to get in, so I had my wish to try Anda Gyoza! The ingredients are a combination of seasonal ingredients based on domestic chicken and pork, and the homemade skin is made of powdered organic wheatgrass, which is different from ordinary dumplings in both shape and texture. Astragalus membranaceus is said to be effective in beautifying the skin and purifying the blood. No wonder there are so many female customers. This restaurant is also listed in the Michelin Guide (I didn't know this). I ordered the dumpling set meal, which was served with curry, herbs, pressed greens, and chicken, although it was hard to tell from the outside. The rice that comes with the lunch also has octagonal stewed pork at the bottom of the bowl and some kind of pickles on top of the rice, which I mixed up, but it was delicious anyway. The dumplings were seasoned and tasty enough to be eaten on their own.
