My stay at Tokyo's Best location in Shibuya was magnificent. The place was extremely spacious and clean. Towels, amenities, and utensils in the kitchen with specific and clear rules and how everything works. The host, William, also sent a guide with food and places to see for the trip. Beyond my stay (because I was already checked out by this time) William extended assistance in helping me retrieve my lost wallet, which I thought was left in the Airbnb but actually slipped out my pocket on my ride home. William continued to help, translate, and explain procedure for recovering my lost item even after I officially exited the country and was at my gate. He went over and beyond and if I could the management of the location a 10/5 stars I would. He embodies the true hospitality and dedication to serving foreigners and citizens in Japan. High...

A great introduction to Tokyo that's reasonably accessible by rail. The communication for our check in was seamless and we felt safe and secure in this neighbourhood. The beds were comfortable and the quiet streets allowed us to have a great nights sleep. This is the perfect Airbnb for if you are wanting a taste of Tokyo. Our only feedback for guests who need to use adaptors is that they were dual prong outlets... And there wasn't an accessible power point in the kitchen to allow you to boil the kettle. Thank you...

Cosy, quiet 2 bedroom apartment in a busy area (Hatagaya, west of Shinjuku). 5 minutes walk from local buses and metro, plus plenty of bars, restaurants and grocery stores. Nice fast Wi-fi, and the pocket Wi-fi’s provided were a godsend. William is a great host, very quick to respond to...
