The restaurant owner needs to really work on his customer service skills. We went in 20 minutes before closing for lunch, and requested the owner if we could take 10 minutes to quickly eat up our lunch. However, the owner didn't allow us because he would have to do "clean up" afterwards. This is a total shame and height of laziness. If you are a business owner, you need to have some flexibility to accomodate your customers. When we tasted our food (chicken wrap and rice), the chicken smelled as raw. We did not want to risk our health by eating this potentially raw meat, so we decided to stop eating and gave back pretty much all of the food with 2-3 minutes of receving our oder to the owner to throw away in the trash. The owner did not even bother to ask if there was anything wrong with the food. That can tell you how arrogant this business owner is. I recommend you to save your money, and eat somewhere less.
I don't care whatever the business owner responds with. I'm sure he will respond with his arrogant and unapologetic...
