After ordering, we sat in the Ravenclaw section and waited for what seemed like 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive. Despite the long wait, when the food arrived, it was disappointingly cold. The fries had probably been sitting for 10-15 minutes and were oily and limp, not crispy. Really disappointing quality. And, when I asked the girl/woman at the drink station to refill the paper cups and provide extra napkins, she talked back and gave me a bad attitude.
