The cheeseburger is not bad, but definitely far from the best i've tried. It includes a nice serving of potato fries and a pickle. Queue is fast and waiters will deliver the food directly to your table. Ambiance is nice too, it feels just like how a fast food hall would look like in Hogwarts if it was run by capitalistic shareholders. However... Words cannot express how much I hate the people involved in producing that abomination of a "special" drink called Fizzy Pumpkin juice. It is one thing for someone to use those ingredients and mix them into an unfortunate concoction. It is another level of diabolical evil for someone to price it at 800 yen. It felt like someone played a joke on me by showing me a nice looking and refreshing juice at more than twice the price of any other drink they serve and then suddenly surprising me with the worst liquid that has ever slithered down my throat.

Two of us shared the Great Hall Feast (4 chicken drumsticks, 4 bacon-wrapped wieners, 4 corns, 6 Brussels sprouts, and fries) and the Slughorn Surprise (a mountain of choux creme with a few strawberries and blueberries). After ordering, we sat in the Ravenclaw section and waited for what seemed like 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive. Despite the long wait, when the food arrived, it was disappointingly cold. The fries had probably been sitting for 10-15 minutes and were oily and limp, not crispy. Really disappointing quality. And, when I asked the girl/woman at the drink station to refill the paper cups and provide extra napkins, she talked back and gave me a bad attitude. Despite the bad attitude of the worker and the poor food quality, the atmosphere is fantastic. It seems the menu rotates by season.
