Wonderful and delicious! We had a fantastic set dinner there by very reasonable price. イーアス高尾より東側にある東浅川町の交通公園そばの吾妻寿しに行ってきました。座敷に女性グループの先客がありましたが、お好きな席にどうぞと言われ、ひとりなので広いカウンターの入口側に座りました。

すぐにおしぼりとお茶と敷紙と箸と箸置きが出されました。オーダーは大花にぎり15貫、お椀付き、1800円税別、をお願いしました。

準備が整ってからガリがのった平皿がカウンター越しに置かれました。最初は、 鮪2貫、サーモン、蛸、海老、烏賊、の6貫、 玉子、子持ち昆布、甘海老、穴子、の4貫、 飛魚、青柳、鰤、イクラ、とびっこ、の5貫、をいただきました。女性だとボリュームあり過ぎかもしれません。

ネタもシャリも大き目で、シャリは程よい酢飯で夫々のネタがちゃんと主張されていました。あっさりの鮪、丁寧でふんわりとした穴子、程よい脂身としっかりとした食感の飛魚、歯ごたえの良い青柳、が美味しかったです。

途中、板さんに仕入れは八王子ですか、と聞いてから、会話が始まりました。八王子市場には築地から朝7:30に届くし、遠洋と東京湾の近海物は川崎から届くので、良い市場ですよ、とか、昔の道志みちは砂利で大変でしたね、とか雑談モードも楽しめました。
