Great little wine bar / cafe. Cosy with a unique decor and rather eclectic welsh / English / Japanese feel. Food is selection is modest but well prepared and really well suited for having with a glass of wine or two. Coffee is nice too. I also recommend trying a whiskey and ginger ale - ask for the owners home made ginger ale - it is off menu but much nice than the bottled stuff.

Although aimed at adults children are welcome and there is some food suited to them (French fries, toasted sandwiches). Cardif cafe is not open for regular lunch time, though...

Cute hidden gem in meguro! Came here on a Sunday and they said their hours are 12pm-10pm. They have a set lunch menu that you can actually order from any time of day. The cafe is small but cozy with a unique interior and relaxing atmosphere. Great place to study and relax. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. Glad I finally decided to check out this place (it's on the second floor so you have to take the stairs up - I did so on crutches in the rain, but it...
