Chōshimaru — Restaurant in Tokyo

Loved this Kaiten Sushi place. Grade-wise Choshimaru is better than Sushi-ro, Hama Sushi and the like but it’s also more expensive. You might overspend if you are not careful!

Kids and family friendly, you can ask for half size sushi for your children so it is easier to eat (they’ve done it for our tamago sushi but I assume not all sushi can be cut jn half).

I recommend their Ara-jiru (fish and veggies miso based soup), Hotate (scallops) and Salmon sushi. The Aurora Salmon is especially good, unlike the regular kaiten-sushi grade one.

Might be crowded on weekends, so come early. Otherwise you can take a queue number and wander around the shopping malls nearby...

The food is delicious as the other Choushimaru, the recommended menu is totally recommended to try because I always go to eat their new recommended each month and I have never regret it until now, but the staffs service was so-so, like if you are having a heavy feet to go to work on Monday after having a blast on Sunday. 2022年10月に1年ぶりくらいに訪問 (星2)

・コロナ後に一度値上げしていたが、2022年9月にさらに値上げ(このご時世、仕方ないとは思いますが) ・タッチパネルの感度の悪さは相変わらず ・機械握りっぽいのはなくなってた印象 ・そもそもレーンに寿司が流れていない

・中トロは筋だらけのマグロ(写真載せときました)で全く美味しくない。昔は美味しかったのに残念。回転寿司だから仕方ないかもしれませんが、筋だらけで美味しくない中トロに当たってしまうと、もうまたしばらく行くことは無いと思います...
