The food was good, the sirloin steak was nice and juicy, fries feel just like made at home, other of my group members had some less palatable meat for them, the service as my rule of thumb is while reviewing, never rate humans, rate the system, people were nice and quite welcoming, the problem with service seems to stem from lack or incorrect training, so s servers have to scramble during more packed moments. This place is fine if you want a reasonable meal and want to take your time to eat. Also it is kids friendly, although that specific coco's doesn't have a lift (you need to carry up the stairs your baby stroller if you have any).
