If it is busy, after you're seated you may have to wait over 1 hour for your food.

Maybe they are under new management or there are a lot of new staff, but the service was poor. It was moderately busy so I understand it's hard, but our food took over one hour to come out. Our drinks took even longer even though we specified to have our drinks before our food. The hot drinks were lukewarm.

I think they forgot our order but didn't seem apologetic. There was a new guy who stood around clutching his head...

The point of this spacious place is to offer coffee variety. Coffee beans from many, many places are roasted, ground, and brewed on site.
