CONA Koiwa — Restaurant in Tokyo

I saw this shop last week and I went there on last Saturday but I only order magerita pizza and it took take out but today I went there and dine in and the food is so delicious it will be my first pick when I am looking for italian food . there was a misunderstanding today the think was after I ordered pizza they asked if I want a drink and I thought it will be free but after I ate pizza I asked is it free they said no its not and I didn't had money because I already ordered another food so I kindly said that I dont have money and they said this time u get it for free .the service is really good and the food I can't explain in word the atmosphere was really good and no lie if u even eat 3-4 sygeria pizza it will not be good as one pizza in this shop so please give them a chance to prove that they are better...

food taste was okay. but the staff handling and molding the pizza didnt have any hair net on. she had long hair. they may be understaffed but she does not use gloves and handles our pizza while taking costumer’s bills when checking out. the store is cramped ands small. there were four of us and we were seated on the same table size they seat 2 people. when we asked if we can have another table since it’s hard to move, they didnt allow us. our food takes 30min each. even if just asked for water. we came here 8:15 pm and finished 10:30 just because the service was really slow. i didnt even bother to order another pizza. the last time we asked for water, it took so long that we just billed out than waste more time. there was a table charge but they forgot to gave us the complimentary nuts...

I feel scammed. It says 500 yen for a pizza, but it is 550 with tax, but ok, the whole Japan has this tax scamming issue. Then there is a table charge per person of 385 yen. And then they force you to order a drink, and the cheapest ones such as orange juice and cola are 440 yen. None of this is mentioned. This means one cheapest pizza doesn’t cost 500 yen but 1375. Also, don’t buy the honey citronic. Its disgusting. Food was...
