Inakamura — Restaurant in Tokyo

Tucked away in a back alley, I was thrilled with this restaurant like a secret base that I use to go to when I was young. I opted for the Tom Yum Kung noodles, while my friend went for the Red Curry. As the Tom Yum Kung didn't quite agree with my taste buds, I'll skip sharing my thoughts on that. But let's talk about the curry! The Curry was absolutely delicious. After the initial spicy kick, the flavor of the coconut milk came through beautifully. The dish was packed with generous portions of vegetables such as eggplant, bamboo shoots, paprika, and tender meat. It create a burst of flavors in my mouth. The food was quite nice, but I'm giving a low score because the price I was charged was not the same as was written in the menu. When this was pointed out to the staff, the explanation was that the price had been changed but not yet written in the menu... This was not mentioned earlier when we ordered the item.

I won't be going again as I'm not confident that I will be charged what is written...
