This place has really gone downhill.
The customer service attitude is really poor, and the food is never ready when they say it will be. Twice I have ordered online, specified the time, only to be told on arrival that they haven't even started yet and need another 40 minutes! That's over an hour to get one pizza, not even delivered! It's more of an American or European attitude to customer service: sort of like, take it or leave it. On my last visit, when the couple behind me in line, waiting to place their order, heard how Dominos Kakizaka had treated me, they cancelled their order and left. Wise move.
The food is pretty typical, but is expensive for what you get unless there is some kind of discount. It is inconsistent in terms of quality. Sometimes it is pretty good, and at other times, they are very stingy with toppings. So quality control also needs improvement.

Inside they have hand sanitizer and glass between customers and the employees. It's very nice and spacious inside. It might be the nicest Domino's I've ever been to even including the states. Too bad pizza is so overly priced in Japan.
Remember that a M in japan is the size of a small in the us. A large is a medium.. if you do pick up your order instead of delivery it is 50% off your order.
