五反野駅より徒歩1分程度のところにあるドトールです。店内はやや狭いと感じられますが、席の配置や席数、給仕されるドリンクや料理の質・種類、スタッフの接客対応の質に至るまで、平均的なドトールだと思います。但し出入口に段差があり、スロープ等は設置されていないため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。 五反野駅が各駅停車のみ停車する駅であり、周辺も典型的な下町の雰囲気を漂わせる商店街であるからか、平日・休日問わずあまり混雑した様子が見られません。近隣在住の高齢の方の利用が多く見られるものの、（私の利用した時間がたまたまそうだっただけかもしれませんが）あまりおしゃべりする客も多くなく、比較的静かです。とは言え前述の通りやや狭いため、あまりゆったりとした雰囲気ではないように感じました。

However, there is a step at the entrance and there is no ramp, so people in wheelchairs or with other disabilities may find it difficult to use. Gotanno Station is a station where only local trains stop, and the surrounding area is a shopping street with a typical downtown atmosphere, so it doesn't seem to get very busy on weekdays or weekends. 何度も訪れていますが、店員の教育不足が目立ちます。お客さんが入店した際の挨拶の無さ、注文内容復唱のやる気の無さ、総じて声が小さく聞き取りづらい。 ス◯バ並みの接客を求めてはおりませんが、ここの店舗は高校生の学祭レベルの接客です。 お客から代金を貰って商売してるという自覚がまるっきり無いですね。
