We visited HOBO TACOS, which had been recommended to us by several acquaintances. We had three kinds of TACOS and DOS EQUIS. The carefully prepared tacos were excellent and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant. We will stop by again. You can enjoy delicious authentic Mexican style tacos with a focus on masa dough and ingredients. The ingredients, which are usually hard to find, are also interesting. I am not a big drinker, but the mezcal I had for the first time was very easy to drink, and the taco beer with lime and sansho (Japanese pepper) was refreshing and I gulped it down. I am sure you will discover something new.

En mi opinión los mejores tacos en Tokio. Nada Americanizado aquí. El chef tiene un fuerte conocimiento de la gastronomía mexicana con un toque japonés. Con su propio molino hace tortillas hechas a mano, y con la grasa de sus carnitas caseras prepara muchos de sus platillos. Solo no esperes comida rápida porque el chef, Minori hace todo solito. Tomate un mezcalito y relájate porque estás en buenas manos. Tacos: Frijoles negros/huevos con pescaditos shirasu Champiñones/lengua de res/carnitas Quesadilla de Ostiones
