Firstly, the food is amazing. We have a lot of Thai restaurants in Australia where I come from and the food is much better here than anything I've had back home (though I've never been to Thailand, maybe one day). Secondly, being vegetarian can be a bit difficult in Japan, but there are a lot of options here which is awesome. Thirdly, the staff are amazing. They have been open for more than 10 years and has branches in Oyama and Shin Sakuradai

Their food is TOP Quality Great Taste , Great Ingredients Real taste of Thailand local food

For me , Hyotan is more than a normal restaurant This place is really Homelike felt and every one ( owner and other customer ) are really friendly and close to each other
