Absolutely beautiful hole-in-the-wall restaurant! A small menu but because of that what they do make is exceptional, the best ramen I've ever had. All staff are extremely happy, friendly, and helpful to non-Japanese speakers and the whole place just has such a down to earth and relaxed feel to it. The perfect place to relax for dinner when the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city becomes a bit overwhelming.

When I showed up the store was about to finish its last-order round. However I managed to get in and ordered. They had run out of toppings like the egg, but still the ramen was very good and brought in very quickly.

Ippudo is one of the pork bone ramen that represents Fukuoka. There are branches all over Japan, and convenience stores sell Akamaru cup noodles. Therefore, it is correct to order Shiromru at the store.

The new renovation looks great.. ramen, of course, was delicious and tasty. New staff... best time to go opening till around 3pm.. It's not so busy... It's definitely recommended....

明大前にある博多ラーメンの有名店、一風堂に行ってきました。 メニューは大きく分けて3種類。 「白丸元味」、「赤丸新味」、「極からか麺」になります。 原点の白も良かったのですが、少し辛みそ風味が欲しかったので、「赤丸新味」にしました。 890円です。 注文がスマホでQRコードを読み取り行うのですが、ハッキリいって面倒くさい。 無料wi-fiがあるからとか、これを登録するのも面倒ですし、QRコード読み込むのも面倒です。 しかも、ここまでやるのであれば決済もスマホで完結してくれればいいのですが、そこはまた普通の伝票がきてレジでの支払いです。 便利にしたいのかしたくないのか、よく分かりません。 一風堂で有名な辛もやしはショーケースに入っていて取りに行くスタイルです。 これはまぁコロナ禍のため仕方がありません。 ニンニクや高菜、紅生姜も置かれていました。 しばらくして着丼。 麺は固めにしました。 博多ラーメンらしさと辛みそがマッチして美味しいです。 一気に食べられてしまいます。 しかしですね。 替え玉もスマホ注文。 面倒なのでやめました。 なんかマッチしないんですよね・・・。 でも、ラーメンは美味しかったです。 ごちそうさまでした。

Great ramen, nice small restaurant which exist here many many years. I had ramen in Kyushu style. Noodles in a few consistances, just let them know how do you want to eat.
