Italian Bar Pastel — Restaurant in Tokyo

We were a little disappointed with our lunch.

Two problems:

1. The service was extremely slow. We waited over 30 mins for the our pasta to come. When we finished, no one came to clear the plates or bring the dessert that my daughter had ordered at the same time as the pasta. The staff walked past several times but just ignored the empty plates. In the end, I had to call a server over and ask them to take away the plates and bring the dessert. Don't go if you want a quick lunch.

2. I ordered the lunch plate with spaghetti and clams. The taste was fine, but half of the clam shells were broken and there were shell fragments mixed into the spaghetti. Twice I crunched down on pieces of shell and nearly broke my teeth. To their credit, when I pointed out the pieces of shell to the staff, they were very apologetic and offered to bring a fresh plate. What with the slow service and the broken shellI, I had lost my appetite by this point and really just wanted to leave. In the end, they didn't charge me for my lunch, which I was grateful for, but, TBH, we won't be coming to this...

great portions, pasta has 3 sizes and they all priced the same!! we had the LL pasta pizza salad and a side of fried chicken....

《なめらかプリンが、とにかくなめらか◎》 マルイに買い物に来て、お腹が空いたので来店。 開店前には現地にいたのですぐに入れました。 どれも美味しそうなパスタとのセットがあって選ぶのに悩みましたが、あまり食べたことのないピッコロにしました。 土日で忙しいのとホールの人が少なく、届くのに30分くらい待ちました。ですが、注文したパスタとピッコロは食べ応えがあり、とても満足できました！ 最後のなめらかプリンはとてもおいしかったです！名前の通りとてもなめらかであり、甘さがちょうどよく一瞬で食べてしまいました😌
