What we got was very good, the portions were large, and it was fairly cheap. Not a big gastronimical experience, but certainly a good place to eat. The staff were nice and helpful. Certainly one of the best english speakers we encountered in japan. It was entirely empty when we visited, but it was a slightly early lunch. Can't imagine it being so full that reservations would be required if they are not hosting a big event. The only negative bit would be strange labels on the drinks. An Indian restaurant where you can walk around and having a lunch with your family? Or maybe an Italian restaurant? Since I was ordering food from a menu without pictures, I had no idea how much food I was ordering. I think a staff should have advised me if it is too much for 3 persons...
