We went to this very accessible ramen shop during off peak hours and were seated immediately. Lots of parking. No English speaking staff.
The shop was clean and tables comfortably distanced from each other. Table and counters seats available.
There is a large selection of ramen and other side dishes. I order Char Sui Pork Ramen with a side of deep fried chicken, gyoza dumplings, and, a small bowl of rice.
They had no problems customizing orders (no green onions), and they asked us our preference of Gyoza, with or without garlic (which was a plus as we went by motorcycle and I didn't want garlic breath while wearing a full faced helmet).
The food was very good, the time to order until the food arriving was fast, and, the staff was attentive and helpful when especially when having to navigate they're large selection...

2025/06/28 土曜だけどすいてました。 入口のスライドドアが閉まるたびにガタガタうるさいので何とかしてほしい。 期間限定の油そば食べたけど、やはりこの店はラーメンだなと。盛り付けも汚かった。 豚バラチャーシューは甘めの味付けだった。 チャーハンをすごく久しぶりに食べたけどめっちゃ微妙だった。町中華のチャーハン食べすぎちゃったかな。
2024/09/29 1ヶ月ぶりに昼頃に訪問。 混んでました、スタッフの方もかなり忙しそうで、案内された席は片付けられておらず、結果的に客席で待たされました。。
辛ネギ味噌ラーメンがメニューから無くなっていて悲しい。 仕方なく普通の味噌ラーメン食べましたが美味しかった。良かった。

2024/03/16 子供が行きたいということで訪問。 いつもの丸源でした。 改装してからはじめての座敷でした。 テーブルの色が違うとこがあり、その領域に食べ終わった食器を置いておくと下げてくれるらしい。画期的だと思い、試してみたらあまり機能してない感じだったなぁ。 コミュニケーションが発生せずにスマートに下げてくれると思いきや、お下げしてよろしいでしょうか？と声を掛けられ、そーゆうシステムなのか！と思ってしまった。 伝票の裏のアンケートはいつもハズレです。
2023/12/29 年末だから混んでたけど、やっぱ回転率高い。 とんでもなく提供スピード早かったけど、全部出揃ってからおもちゃ選んでくれ、みたいになってタイミングが良くなかった。
