Masagosushi — Restaurant in Tokyo

We visited this restaurant on a Monday evening. It was our first meal in Japan and it was wonderful. We were the only customers at the time so we sat at the counter and were served with great attention. The chef was so patient with us and seemed to really enjoy making our experience memorable. He set the bar really high for the rest of our trip! Wish I had some photos to share but we were too busy eating to remember...

The best sushi in the area by far. The chef and hostess were both absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome it was like I was amongst family.

【2回目訪問9/12】 ①注文内容 今日は上チラシ(2500円)を注文。

上チラシには、私好みの具材(いか、ホタテ、ビンク色した高そうなマグロ、いくらなど)が沢山入っていました。とにかく美味しかったです。前回は特上(3300円)でしたが「上」でも大満足。

②訪問経緯(参考) 11:30頃、大森駅近くの某イタリアンでアラビアータを食べたものの、用件済ませ13:15時点ですでに空腹。よって、真砂寿司さん再訪。

実は最近、某有名回転寿司チェーンに1人で行ったら、ドリンクなしで約2800円。

しかも、ホタテなんか一皿一貫であさってが見えるような薄さ。

昔の一皿オール100円時代と異なるのを身にしみました。しかも、注文する毎にタッチパネルに表示される現在額がすごい勢いで加算。まるでタクシーメーター見ながら食事しているみたい。

昔と違い、今の回転寿司チェーンに行くのなら、きちんとした「町のお寿司屋さん」のほうが、安心や美味しさだけでなく、コスパも高いと思われます。

【前回コメント】 特上握り(3300円)には好きなイカ、タコ、ホタテがないことから、他にランチ握り(1200円)も注文。特上の赤貝、マグロ、エビ等は肉厚。ランチ握りを含めとても美味しかったです。
