Basic and no-frills, but well-designed small rooms. Bed is a good size, small desk, surprisingly good water pressure in an interestingly simplified plumbing design. Full-featured toilet as appropriate for Japan.

Very nice staff who went out of their way to be helpful & were apologetic for not knowing more English when it was actually me not speaking their language.

Japanese style breakfast included. Not as close to Haneda as you might think from the map but an easy taxi ride. Several convenience store & fast-food spots within a block, and comfortable walk to the nearest train station. There's a vending machine next to the elevators if you don't want to step out for a snack.

Very good value for the price. Only complaint that makes me dock a star: the bed is very hard, a tatami mat on the floor would have about...
