overall was staying in Japan for 10 days thinking 10/10 about japan, but suddenly only this young racist guy in tax free counter on 18 Feb at about 7pm ruined all my point of view, i was paying for my stuffs for my last day there, and the guy act so pissed and annoyed when our stuffs was too much maybe? (5 bags for 5 persons stuffs lol) I gave my passport and my credit card, he just pulled his credit card, showed me and said "name same name same". of course i know my credit card must match my passport, only the problem is my name was not carved on my credit card, but indeed that credit card is under my name (it just i don't know my name must on carved on the card). ok if he couldn't speak english that's fine, but not with that attitude if he couldn't explain to me clearly, then he point the statement rudely on the table with korean words (i'm even not korean bro, such a racist)

When asking my brother to input his phone number as part of tax refund process, he said it rudely to my brother, with the annoyed tone. This guy should be re-trained, or just fired.
I give 2 stars for other staffs who were very kind to us, giving us positive experience...

Large MEGA store within walking distance to Omori station. MEGA Don Quijote is open till 3 AM seven days a week. (8 AM open)
I arrived 20 minutes before closing to pick up produce. My first impression was very positive as a diverse section of produce was readily available (even) at this late hour.
The store is very large by anyone's standards and enormous by JAPAN standards. You will find most of what you're looking for and more... I could have spent a very long time here shopping. (Was) Very pleasantly surprised by the vast inventory of products...
Picked up Soy Milk, Vegetable Juices and a vast array of Japanese greens including Spinach. My visit was abbreviated however due to the closing hour. ...Would visit and shop here again for sure...
I do highly recommend MEGA Don Quijote, for your shopping needs. The location is also TAX free, ...for Foreign Nationals. Power...
