McDonald's Kabe — Restaurant in Tokyo

The first Macdonald experience in Japan for more than 3 years. I got Samurai Double beef burger recently featured in ad. It is a Japanese version of Angus something in Hong Kong store. With soy sauce and garlic. I would not repeat that. Taste of the source is very strong and cannot feel the taste of beef. And as usual, the real thing is not as thick as the photo. Browsing the menu, I noticed their simple offerings such as hamburger or cheese burger are not shown in menu and do not make a part of set meal either. It is a strategy to guide consumers to more expensive menu and I followed the path. Next time I should choose old fashioned chhese burger...

The only reason for the 3 star review is that this location is listed as a 24hr location and this is just simply not true.

I’ve drove here multiple times as a night worker around 4am and have been disappointed to see the drive thru lanes being closed/blocked off. Some days it’s open but most it’s not around the 3-5am hrs.. I would suggest at minimum having a physical sign showing the actual open hrs so that customers can know and plan accordingly.

I also experienced this same scenario at another “24hr” location, so it must be a thing but nonetheless still...

Since moving to the Ome area, I've visited here about five times now. Service has been wonderful, and everyone has been very courteous. The food was always hot, and when I ordered takeout, I always got what I asked for. Thank you, and I will be visiting again...
