McDonald's Nishi-arai Branch — Restaurant in Tokyo

This branch is the worst for me,ive been to many branch,and this is the first time im writing a review so the management will improve there service,i ordered cola with fries and nuggets seperately then ordered set cheeseburger with m size fries and m size cola,but then i ddnt notice the reciept so when i took the food from the counter,only one fries is there,i tried to explain to them that i ordered separate cola with fries,so the staff explain to me that the reciept is only have one fries,okay im okay with that but what i dont understand is ,its not even my fault that the cashier put my order wrong,and i dont understand the gesture of the girl staff with braces i think if i can remember,she was smiling rudely to me while i explain what i really ordered originally,this girl not even the one who assist my order,i came in your branch like with positive mind but after that i really lost my appetite,and the fries that they served is already cold and chewy .its not even a crowded day today its not as busy to any other branch,but for me the service feels like your not welcome in that place,tge front staff is jjust memorizingnlines to greet you but not looking at you really.i dont want to rate it even one star becaus eof the...

Well, we are here to eat for our kids, and the food quality is no doubt maintain a standard, but the McDonald management seriously need to think to provide clean and hygiene place and surroundings for people to eat.

I am giving 2 stars for food, but the shop is dirty, floors and walls are dirty, and their air conditioning is really bad and black.
