Astonishingly beautiful park! It has sort of European vibe. There are a lot of seats with backrest unlike many parks in central Tokyo. Dogs are not allowed which is a plus point, you don't have to worry about disgusting scene of the owners cleaning after it with their hands. Obviously no smoking zone but you'll find some shameless doing it anyway. Nonetheless, had an absolutely cozy time in the evening with a cup of coffee. Walked barefooted to enjoy the ticklish grass.
