Super friendly service with delish truly light roast. Cafe late is real cafe late not the coffee-tasting-milk-Japanese-kind, double shot and proper amount of milk served at the right size. There’s also pre-order drip tasting available for the adventurous or undecided. More of a coffee stand but with limited sitting if you’re there early enough as it’s quite popular and tends to get busy during the day.

Baby and animal friendly, with super cool interior decor and brand design. Small coffee oasis on the French roast monopoly of the Inokashira line. Totally worth a visit even if you’re not a local.

But I f you do please be respectful and don’t take advantage of the owners’ kindness by overstaying your visit with one order or by disturbing other customers with unruly behaviour. Let’s keep this little gem as shiny as it...

This is the best coffee shop experience I have ever had. I have never been to a cafe where I was treated better.

The staff are so genuinely nice and make you feel welcomed with their positivity and smiles.

The coffee is fabulous. Some of the highest quality coffee I've had with extensive travelling having lots of different coffee.

I tried one of their desserts and it was delicious.

I would highly recommend their coffee lemonade concoction. That being said, you can't go wrong with anything on their menu.

The cafe mocha my partner had was a perfect balance of sweet and bitter.

The downstairs sitting room is so warm, cozy, and eclectic.

back in the united states, i am a barista, and since coming to japan, i have been looking for a great coffee place. mermaid coffee roasters exceeded my every expectation!!

the staff is very friendly and helped me even though my japanese is not very good. i really liked that you could choose the type of beans in the drink that you order. everything is also freshly prepared in front of you. of course my drink was delicious!

the menu is also translated in english, and they have non dairy options (oat milk). one thing to note is that there is not much seating, but you can receive a bag to take away.
