Honestly it isn't great. I felt like we wasted our money for what you get. They have a bunch of different animals but over half of them you can't even pet. You can pet the small parakeets, you can't pet the large parrots or any of the owls, even the small ones. Part of why I wanted to come here is they have owls and most cafes you can pet the owls. You can pet bunnies, chicks, guinea pigs, hamsters, and mice, also there is a room with dogs but that room was over an hour wait, so we didn't do it because it was just dogs. Like I said, you CAN'T pet owls, large parrots, chinchillas, armadillos, the sloth (which I knew prior to coming), the hedge hogs, the Kinkajou, reptiles, over half the animals you can't even pet, and then you can only pet the basic pet store type animals, and you aren't even allowed to pet the hamsters without gloves on. I have been to much better animal cafes. This one was a huge disappointment, my kids wanted to leave like 30 minutes into coming in because they were bored, since they also make you pay for drinks, it is just drink machines a f they were out of all the ice coffee, so I was left with choosing soda, it was over 6k yen for 2 adults a teen...
Read moreWhat a lovely haven for these special animals where the caretakers show so much attention and love in taking care of their daily needs. It isn’t just about the customers walking in to the place.
This is my first time at an animal cafe and I was impressed with the cleanliness and care factor of the caretakers.
I went in to see one owl and was rewarded with 5 different ones. Then I saw the hedgehogs (kawaii!) 🥰, a sloth, 2 armadillos, the huge turtle which was constantly walking around the cafe, heaps of birds, doggies, bunnies, mice, Bali python, chicks, iguana, and other strange animals.
I was amazed that there was no bad smell considering the types of animals which were around. Fee per adult was about almost ¥1,500 including a drink at their rest area Feel free to wander around but please be mindful of animals and take it easy if...
Read moreThis is a great place for kids to bond with animals! Depending on when you visit, it can get pretty congested. Every hour or so, they select a lizard, chinchilla, hedgehog or snake for up close one-on-one time. You have to pay for the entry fee but once you enter, you can pay additional 100 yen or 200 yen to feed the little chicks, rabbits, and a turtle. There is a a drink bar that comes with your entry fee and a place for the family to sit down to relax. The dog station is extremely busy so come early! Don’t forget the exotic birds and owls too. Every once in a while, their turtle will take a lap around the store and...
