Famous on Instagram recently. Just by the river. So expensive for the area so it’s almost like paying for the place and atmosphere. 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. 20 minute walk from the train station. Feel free to go down to the river when it’s not after rainy days. The water is crystal clear and unbelievable that it’s still in Tokyo here. Washrooms are available. Landscaping person was kind enough to offer us to take pictures of us even though she was working on her stuff. Return your tray on the shelf right by the cashier.

But yeah, it is expensive for desserts.

This is a great cafe with a view of the river. They have light snacks, desserts, and drinks. If you want a full meal, you can buy a bento elsewhere on the premises and eat it here. They can get busy with international tourists, so be prepared to wait on popular weekend days. Winter 2024 they're open...

Today I rode almost 3 hours from Chiba to come here, since I’ve wanted to go for a long time. It’s a lovely open air cafe, there’s plenty of seating and great scenery. I got the melon cream soda, it’s unfortunate that I couldn’t order the shaved ice here. Maybe I’ll try it...
