Shabu-Yo Kita-senju Store — Restaurant in Tokyo

Context: coming from Canada, familiar with shabu shabu/hot-pot.

Went on a cold snowy Tuesday evening, did not make reservations - the wait time was not too bad!

100 minutes AYCE. Had the 2499 yen tier.

Meat quality was good, broth was good. Good veggie selection. Great dessert selection, saw a cotton candy machine not sure if it was operational did not see anyone use it.

Fresh waffles, self-serve soft serve, kakiguri (shaved ice) available.

Sauce station was small but still good.

They were welcoming to us tourists, helps if you meet them halfway with some Japanese, but that goes for anywhere in Japan!

Would go again! Super easy tablet ordering system, English...

Very good place, it's now on the places we can come again !! The staff is really kind to us even as foreigner and the cute cat robot brings your meat to your table 🥰🥰 Yes we took the "great court" (3000Y/per pers with drinks for lunch and we took like 12 plates of meat ) but even the more simple meat is really good On a lunch we took 1hour to eat until explosion of our stomach... and oh s**t did I said you can cook your own waffle and candy floss?! I'm gonna roll over the place to leave, but as a happy potato full of good...

【24.3.15訪問】 11時開店に合わせて予約無しでランチ訪問しました 12時越える頃には満席で待ちが出来ていました ラムしゃぶフェアをやっていました 一番高い国産牛コースにすれば一皿二尾150円のハーブシュリンプがコース料金内でお代わり放題になっていたので迷わず注文 季節限定のグリーンカレー出汁を選択 グリーンカレー出汁のほうで煮るとどれもこれもグリーンカレー味になってしまうので、美味しいけれど飽きます 薬味類やタレを付けてもグリーンカレー味のほうが勝ちます 海老は凍った状態で出て来るので、充分加熱しつつ煮過ぎて固くならないようタイミングを見計らって引き上げます 海老は薬味の豆板醤マヨネーズがよく合います ラム肉は臭みが無く食べやすいですが、高いコースを頼んでしまったので積極的には注文しませんでした ミスジや国産牛も美味しかったですが、一番美味しいと感じたのはイベリコ豚でした 脂の旨みが感じられました 今回正確には覚えていませんが、肉30皿海老10皿ぐらい食べたと思います 締めで焼いたワッフルはソフトクリームを載せ、期間限定のイチゴコーティングチョコがけでいただきました 【24.07.04再訪】 アプリ10%引クーポン使用 期間限定牛タンコースにしました。 三千円ちょいで牛タンが好きなだけ食べられるので、焼肉チェーン店の高いコースよりコスパは高いと思います。 〆のデザートで期間限定のレモンゼリーがありました。 ちょっとほろ苦くてスッキリします。 【24.07.23再訪】 韓国フェアが始まってました。 キムチやトッポギは全コースで食べられます。 限定出汁の旨辛カルビタンとチュクミやモッツアレラ、サリ麺の食べ放題は赤城山麓豚&牛みすじコース以上になります。 それより安いコースでは別料金で注文可能です。 今回フェアの目玉はモッツアレラチーズ食べ放題です。 チーズをとろける寸前までしゃぶしゃぶしてそのまま食べてもよし、肉やチュクミに載せて食べてもよし。 サリ麺を注文し、旨辛チーズまぜそばとカレーチーズまぜそばにして締め。 満腹になりました。...
