I was unaware there were so many ways to cook tofu! 😅 And it was all delicious. This is a traditional Japanese food restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. I along with my four companions ordered the 2600 yen course. The only reason I'm giving it four stars and not five is because the waitstaff would bring out one person's order at a time. 友人が地元で家族で特別な日などによく行っていたとの勧めで行きました。 成城学園前駅の駅前すぐにあり建物の4階でアクセス良好、見晴らし良好、綺麗な建物です。 同じビル成城コルティ内に雑貨屋さんのGeorgesもあって寄ってみたりして楽しかったです。

11時30分と比較的開店すぐの時間に名物しゅうまいランチを予約していったのですぐにお店に入れてお食事もすぐに始まってよかったです。

豆腐しゅうまいや湯葉巻きをあげたのと生麩を焼いて味噌田楽にしたのがすごく美味しかったです。 自分でも作ってみたくなるくらいですがこれは素材が美味しくないとできないな……などと思いました。 桜海老の炊き込みご飯もふっくらとしていてとても美味しかったです。 通販などもあるそうなのでいつか利用しようと思います。
