It tastes like home. It reminds me of my parents/ grandparents used a whole day to simmer a warmhearted soup! Noodles are really nice and chewy! i like it very much! This was a great find by chance. No problem with small menu when every item was refined with care. Ramen was firm but not hard. Soup base was rich but not overly salty. This is the first time in my life that I finished all the soup in a bowl of ramen.

Service was excellent and chef was super friendly, even gave out snacks to the children.
