THE HOTEL HAS POOR SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMERS CONCERNS OR CONSIDERATIONS. I REQUESTED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY BOOKING DUE TO IMMIGRATION VOID OR DENIED MY ENTRY TO JAPAN. I ALSO SENT THE PRROF WHICH IS MY PASSPORT STAMPED BY THE IMMIGRATION BUT I DIDNT GET ANY REPLY FROM THIS HOTEL. THEY CHARGED ALL MY 8NIGHTS BOOKING WITHOUT EVEN USINg IT. BUT I WILL SEE HERE THAT THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT REPLYING ON THE REVIEWS BUT CANNOT ACTUALLY REPLY ON THE EMAILS? Read moreNice place. Everything seemed to be remodeled in the last few years. Friendly and helpful staff was a bonus. We were on a non-smoking floor, which seems rare in Japan, and everything really was smoke and tar free. Smelled fresh! The room was large enough for my luggage and everything nice. Even the breakfast was well worth the cost. The fish and eggs were very good and the sausages and bacon somewhat less satisfying, but most things were very good, including salad, fruit, yogurt and bread. Quite a nice selection of bread, which was even better warmed up in the toaster...
Read moreThis was a last minute booking due to work & the hotels in Tomakomai were full due to a festival. I was pleasantly surprised, after walking up two flights of stairs (the elevators are at rear off the car park). Again unable to get a room until 15:00 hrs. So the question was asked & the staff member guided us to a little bar\cafe at rear, which was a little gem. The room is small, but adequate for a one or two night stay. A small bathroom, which seems to be the go in this area. There are lots of local restaurants surrounding this hotel. I will definitely...
