Great food and service from the chef! This restaurant/bar fits about 10 people and is very cosy. The chef gave us a slice of cake as it was Christmas eve! Locals dined with us and the atmosphere was quiet but very calm (this might feel strange for some who prefer more lively atmospheres). The omakase is worth it. Worth the price!

The service was just amazing, they had some English speaking employees which helped but the Japanese speaking employees were just as helpful. Wonderful experience, would definitely recommend! 今までで食べたお寿司で1番コスパ良くて美味しい！！特に、しめ鯖と白子がめちゃくちゃ美味しかった... 大将さんが気さくで話しかけてくれる。おすすめのネタなんかも教えてもらえたのがありがたい。そして、湯呑みがかわいい。 友人が近くに住んでて聞いたところ、近所でも有名店みたい。やっぱ地元民の有名店は美味しい... 苫小牧を訪問した際にはリピしたいお店。 ■利用目的 1泊ついでに美味しいお寿司が食べたく訪問。 ■メニュー別 特上　¥2,200 初赤酢のお寿司。よくある、お寿司とお米がぱらぱらしてるのじゃなくて、全体で1つの料理みがある。お米が目立ちすぎず、お魚とマッチしてるのが美味しかった。 ・ほっき貝 ぷりぷりクリーミー。意外と溶けるような感じ。 しめ鯖 酢でしめてるのにほろほろ繊維が崩れる。お酢の感じもさっぱりだけど、決してツンとくる感じもなく完璧。今までで食べたしめ鯖で1番美味しい。 ウニ クリーミーで癖のないウニ。後味にちょこっとだけ磯の香りが。 ・いか とろとろクリーミー。ちょっと繊維はあるのでとろとろだけどしっかり噛み切る必要あり。 ・マグロ 赤身でさっぱり、食感はとろける感じ。 ・いくら まろやかな甘さ。濃すぎない醤油の感じが美味しい。 ・白子 クリーミーで濃度が高い。 もみじおろしと大葉でさっぱりな後味。 ・中トロ さっぱりめの中トロ。個人的にには油多めよりも好きかな。 ・サーモン 他と同じくさっぱり目のとろける感じ。 ・寒ひらめ 上品で鯛のような甘さ。厚くて食べ応えがある。 ■お店の雰囲気 カウンター席なので少人数向け。行った時には他に1人しかいなかったので大将さんとおしゃべりしながら楽しめた。 次の日が早くなければお酒飲みながらゆっくりしたかった。 ■お店のウリ お寿司 ■お店のデータ しっぽり　★★ ¥2,500

On an extremely stormy and wet night, my husband and I found ourselves in this gem of a sushi bar. The proprietors are a couple who have been serving the locals their excellent sushi for over ten years. An English menu made ordering a charm, and the quality was simply superb. Wish I could give...
