New place: Teshima Factory

Great place for coffee or a lunch, doubly so if you want to sit outside. We had such a great experience at Teshima Factory! We cycled past them in the morning after arriving on the island, resisting the tempation to get a coffee in the sun on their outdoor terrace. Luckily we found our way back before taking the ferry back to the mainland.

We wanted a quick drink but ended up having a wonderful salad and delicious fish and chips. Nice touch on the fish and chips was the tempura fried vegetable chips. Their own beer was also great and don’t forget to order the home made ice cream! The ice cream has a perfect flavour (reminiscent of the local orange soda drink) and great texture.
