People said this is the the best conveying belt sushi restaurant in Tottori, as seafood here is freshly delivered from sakaiminato everyday and sold in reasonable prices. It’s very popular. During dining hours, even on weekdays, waiting should be expected. I went there on a Sunday night at 7pm and waited for 55 minutes before got seated.
The waiting system is a bit challenging for non-Japanese speakers. We need to first get a number at the front desk and then a lady will call your number in Japanese when your table is ready. Thank God the lady at the front desk was very friendly. I showed her the number and where I stood, and asked her to remind me when my number was reached. And she did.
The food was good, in terms of taste and freshness. However, many items were sold out. It will be great if there are more varieties, not just salmon and tuna most of the time.
