平日の10時頃、モーニングを頂く為に来店しました。 モーニングにはバーガーセット、スコーンセット、スフレパンケーキセットの3種類がありました。 今回注文したのは「スフレパンケーキセット(シングル)　740円」 メープルシロップを上からかけて頂く形です。 モスバーガーでスフレパンケーキが頂けるなんて新鮮な気分でした(笑) パンケーキは勿論、美味しかったのですが、特に目立つ特徴や驚き等はなかったです。 朝来店した時、バーガー以外であっさり朝食を食べたい時にオススメです。スコーンも同じかな？ 店内はシックで良い雰囲気です。平日だったので客少も少なく、ゆっくりモーニングタイムを堪能出来ました♪

前から来てみたくて、スフレパンケーキ🥞が食べたくて来たけど、やってなくて残念でした💦 アボカドのハンバーガーも食べたかったので、それをセットで食して帰りました。 対応も良くて気分良かったです(*´ω｀*)

テイクアウトしたのですが、雰囲気よくて次回時間がある時はゆっくりここでくつろげるなぁ。と感じました。店員さんはまだ慣れておられなかったのですが、一生懸命対応される姿が良かったです。

子どもと一緒に来店しました。店員さんのお心遣いに深く感謝する出来事があり、投稿いたします。

私の不注意でアイスコーヒーを床にこぼしてしまったときのこと。

女性の店員さんがすぐに駆けつけてくださいました。

｢大丈夫ですか？｣｢あとは私がきれいにしておきますので、温かいうちに召し上がってください！おいしいですよ｣と私と子どもに対する温かいお言葉をたくさんかけてくださいました。

きれいにしてくださった後、お礼をお伝えると、店員さんは｢おいしかったですか？よかった！全然気になさらなくて大丈夫ですよ！｣と行ってグッドポーズをしてくださったのです。

モスバーガーの食事がおいしいのはもちろんですが、店員さんの素晴らしい接客のおかげで、そのおいしさが何倍にも感じられました。

これからも家族で何度も訪れたいと思います。モスバーガーで働く皆さま本当に...

先日ドライブスルーに並びました。 自分の前に車が2台並んでましたが、その2台捌くのに30分待ちました。 やっと自分の番になったら、店員が、少々お待ちくださいと言って、さらに15分待ちました。 受け取りした商品は冷めて冷たかったです。 モスバーガーの売りは注文してから調理して出来立てが食べれるのが売りなのでは？

よくこんな冷めたやつ出せますね。

腹が立って店員に時間かかった訳を聞いたら、トラブルがありました。だと？

それなら、普通スルーに並んでる人に声掛けしませんかね？ トラブルで時間かかるから、待つか、帰るか？と。

トラブルで忙しかったのかもしれませんが、お客様第一優先が普通ではないですか？
