夏フェア第３弾 冷製カッペリーニ　炙り明太子と海老の明太子ソース　スープ、ドリンクバー付き　税込み１，３９３円 平日お昼に訪問。 情報番組で富山県産白えびを使ったメニューも出ているのは知っていたが、別の冷製パスタを注文。 【炙り明太子と海老の明太子ソース】は細麺で食べやすい。 とにかく明太子、海老、レモン、大葉など色鮮やかで映えます。 明太子と大葉はとにかくよく合う。 ただ炙り明太子は塩気が強く味が濃すぎました。 【ローストビーフとアスパラガスのすき焼き仕立て】はコットンキャンディの上に野菜だしを注ぐとたっぷりのローストビーフと色鮮やかな卵黄、アスパラガスが現れる演出は見事です。 お味には驚かされる要素はなかったかな。 お支払いは各種電子マネーが使えます。
