初訪問はノーマルラーメンで実力を頂戴することがセオリーだと思っています。

ラーメンの外観は家系ラーメンそのままです。そしてスープを飲んでみると・・・・・ビックリの家系ではありません。

「豚骨ベースの魚介系焦がしネギ醤油」という表現がいちばん近いのか、魚介、焦がしネギ、醤油、豚骨という順番で味の強さを感じられます。豚骨は、スープの深みを感じさせる縁の下の力持ちという位置付けで表面には際立っていません。

麺は「ちぢれの太麺」でこれは家系とまったく同じです。

味の評価は？・・・・・と聞かれると、「こだわりを感じられる方向性の定まらないそれなりのラーメン」かな、というところです。

家系を目的で来店すると不思議な感覚に陥ります。
