30.1.2025 Flank steak 🥩 is not tasty and it's expensive. This red meat is quite small on plate and the texture is dry. It is not as tasty as chicken breast. The way it was cooked was almost raw.　The retail price was 'on sale' for about 2,600 yen (before tax). I don't need Kujo green onions for topping. They have failed in their marketing and consumer appeal. It was very disappointing in contrast to the price. The waitresses were not trained and did not pay attention to whether they should serve water or anything else, instead they exchanged puns with the chef. The quality of their meat is quite good but the prices are getting higher and higher. Last year I only pay around 1500 yen but now I have to pay 1900 yen for the same amount.
