Ritz'n Vegetarian Restaurant — Restaurant in Tsukuba

Ritz’n Vegetarian Restaurant Don’t be fooled by the name—this is actually a 100% vegan restaurant. They have a great selection of burgers and curry. I tried the tempeh burger, which was fantastic, and it came with plenty of side dishes including a daikon salad and a demi-glace style vegetable hot pot.

For dessert, there’s a huge selection of cakes. I had the coffee mocha cake, which was excellent and paired perfectly with a hot cup of tea. The restaurant also has a small organic store inside, which is a nice bonus.

There’s plenty of parking right next to the café. The only downside is that you really need a car to get here—but if you’re in the area, it’s absolutely worth a visit. One of the handful of fully vegan restaurants in...
