My favorite bakery in Tsukuba, definitely a must visit. Everything is fresh and perfect made. They have many options, even for vegetarians and vegans. I recommend every cheese bread. It is not English friendly, so it will be complicated for those who don't know a little bit of hiragana and katakana, but the staff is nice and helpful. Out of the bakeries in Tsukuba I would most definitely recommend Couronne as there is a large selection of sweet bread as well as sandwiches and rolls.
