Texas Hands — Restaurant in Tsuruga

Texas Hands is a chain of pizza shops around the Hokuriku region, offering a range of typical toppings from pepperoni to outlandish ones like fish eggs (tarako), squid, corn… well, those are pretty normal here. Regardless of what you choose, the pizzas and toppings here are delicious… for Japan. They are definitely smaller and more expensive than what you’d typically get stateside in America. Their Large sizes, around 2000￥, are more akin to a Medium in the U.S. The sauce and cheese also have a lighter profile, more suited for Japanese tastes.

イートインのあるピザ屋さんです。 イートインではピザの注文でドリンクバーが無料になる他、テイクアウト同様に半額になるので、1人頭1000円以下にもなるのでお財布に優しいです。 シーフードピザを注文しましたが、ツナが謎の旨さでした。(塩分が絶妙なのか、生臭さが無いのか？)一方で、ベビー帆立は磯の風味が強く、人を選びます。 もう一個重要な点は、トマトピザソースのピザではありません。ピザソースの口で行くと、がっかりすると思うので、その心構えで行ってください。 イートインは、フードコートの様な感じですが、席はソファータイプですし、何の引換券も発行されて無いのに席に持って来てくれるし、食器は下げてくれます。 ピザは切れ目が入っているのでそのまま食べられますが、食器や割箸はドリンクバーコーナーにあるので、取っていけばOKです。 お店の雰囲気はフードコートの様で気楽ですが、人の出入りは激しく無いので、席の状態は比較的良好...
