This is my absolute favorite Ramen Spot. I come here so often the cooks already know what I don't want on my ramen. This place is a build-your-own Ramen via machine tickets. The basic comes with one egg, pork belly, seaweed and green onions, but past that you can add a whole much of toppings. My favorite thing about this places ramen, though, is the fact that they don't put a bunch of broth into the bowl, and the egg and whatever else you ordered becomes something more like a thick sauce.
